These terms cover your use of the Prompt Deck macOS application and this website. By installing or using the app, you agree to them.
Prompt Deck is free to install and use, with limits on how many prompts, sessions and memory files you can open. A Pro subscription removes those limits and unlocks Dreams, Insights, export and sharing. Pro is $29.99 per year or $3.99 per month, charged through Polar until you cancel.
A Pro subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Prompt Deck on up to five Macs you own or control, for as long as the subscription is active. You may not resell, sublicense or share your licence key.
Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then the app returns to the free tier. Nothing you created is deleted - your prompts, sessions and memory files remain on your Mac, and the ones beyond the free limits become available again if you resubscribe.
We claim no ownership of anything you write, and no rights over the transcripts or files the app reads. We never receive them.
Do not attempt to circumvent the licence check, redistribute the app, or use it to break the law. We may terminate a licence that is being shared or resold.
Prompt Deck reads files written by other software - Claude Code, Codex CLI, Cursor, OpenCode, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot, Qwen Code, Continue, Pi and Aider. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by any of their makers. Those tools may change their formats at any time; we fix compatibility as quickly as we can, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted support for any particular one.
Prompt Deck is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It is a read-only reader for your agents' data by default; even so, keep your own backups of anything you care about.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Prompt Deck is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms; the date above will change. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
