Prompt Deck Pro is a low-cost digital product delivered to you instantly: the moment your payment clears, a licence key lands in your inbox and unlocks the app. Because of that immediate delivery, payments are non-refundable. We don't offer refunds, returns, or credits once a payment is complete - and that applies to the first payment and to every renewal alike.
You do not have to buy anything to find out whether Prompt Deck works for you. The app is free to download and free to use for as long as you like, with no trial clock and no card required. It reads your real history on the free tier, so you can confirm it finds your agents and understands their transcripts before you ever pay. If you are unsure whether Pro is worth it, ask us before you subscribe and we'll give you a straight answer.
Because Pro is a subscription rather than a one-off purchase, you are never stuck with it. Cancel in your Polar account and no further payment is taken. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the app returns to the free tier with every prompt, session and memory file still intact. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund a payment already made.
No refunds doesn't mean no support. If your licence key won't activate, or an agent's transcripts stop loading after one of its updates, email us and we'll work with you until the app is running. Standing behind Prompt Deck is our job; issuing refunds simply isn't part of the deal.
If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you'd normally have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to cancel an online purchase. That right does not apply once you've received digital content that was supplied immediately with your consent. By subscribing to Prompt Deck Pro and getting instant access to your licence key, you expressly agree that delivery begins right away and that you give up the 14-day right of withdrawal at that point. Polar records this acknowledgement at checkout.
Your purchase is sold and processed by Polar Software Inc., acting as Merchant of Record, so Polar is the seller for tax and consumer-law purposes and handles any billing dispute or chargeback. Nothing in this policy removes mandatory statutory rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws where you live; where such a right applies and cannot be waived, it is honored through Polar.
